The first month in any job can be an intense experience. From first-day nerves and a new team, to getting up to speed and making an impact quickly, there’s a lot to get to grips with in a new company. We caught up with Claire Lee, Managing Director, to see how she’s settled in to her new role at The Learning Foundry.

As National Apprenticeship Week is upon us, we wanted to see the tangible difference our programmes have on our learners, the places they work and the people we work with.

I started as a learner at The Learning Foundry, signed up for do my Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 3 in Housing Practice and progressed to my CIH Level 4.
